Reconnaisance Survey Work commences in Mbezi, Msumi

Our team conducted a site reconnaissance at the client’s project area located in Mbezi Msumi. During the site visit, the survey team carried out a thorough data search within the project site and the surrounding areas to identify the presence of any existing survey beacons that could support the cadastral work.

Concurrently, the office-based team performed an in-depth records search at the Ministry of Lands to obtain all necessary documentation and geospatial data required to initiate the cadastral survey project. This included verification of existing land records, survey plans, and coordinate data relevant to the project area.

These combined efforts are intended to ensure accuracy, compliance with regulatory requirements, and a smooth commencement of the cadastral project.
